あこがれていたモッズ族のバンドのコンサートに行って失望して帰ってくる歌です。「ロックスターっていったって、観客の求めることを演じているだけじゃんか。」みたいな感じです。The Whoがこういった歌を歌うのは結構自己矛盾的なところがあるように思うんですが、ある程度は本気でそう思っているんでしょうね。
