「Hole in the Sky」、「Megalomania」に続いて狂気をテーマとした曲、三曲目です。次の「The Writ」は悪魔、狂気との壮絶な戦いを描いた曲ですが、この曲はその前奏曲と考えて良いでしょう。穏やかーに「俺って狂ってんのかな」と歌う様子はまだ微笑ましいのですが、この曲の終わりに狂人の叫びみたいな声が入っていて、「狂気の度合いはこんなもんではすまないぞ」と思わせます。
